Why I don't use templates

Pre-made templates look decent at first glance. The problem is that thousands of other websites use them too. Same layout, same animations, same colors, just with a different logo. Your visitors have already seen that design a dozen times on your competitors' websites. The result? Your website goes unnoticed.

But it's not just about aesthetics. WordPress templates come with dozens of plugins that slow down loading, require constant updates and pose security risks. More on that in our detailed comparison of WordPress and custom websites.

Fun fact: The average WordPress website makes 30-50 HTTP requests and weighs 2-3 MB. The websites I build typically have 5-10 requests and weigh under 200 KB. On mobile networks, that difference means several seconds of faster loading.

Every project starts from scratch

There's no design library I "pick" elements from. No recycled pages from previous clients. A wedding band can't look like an accounting firm, and a photographer shouldn't look like an auto repair shop. It sounds obvious, but look at how many websites look exactly the same because they use the same template with changed colors.

When I start working on your website, I first research your industry, your competitors and your audience. Only then do I begin designing. It's the only way to get a website that truly represents your business and helps you attract new clients.
