Design and feedback
2-3 days

Based on your wishes and business information, we create the first visual proposal. This is a mockup showing how the website will look: colors, layout, typography and content structure. Every design is built from scratch, without pre-made templates.

You review the mockup through the client portal where you can leave comments directly on the design. Mark what you like, what you'd change and what additions you want. We make revisions until you're completely satisfied with the look.

Development in clean code
3-7 days

Once the design is approved, your website comes to life in code. We write clean, optimized code without bulky frameworks or WordPress. The result is a website that loads in under a second and works perfectly on all devices.

During development we implement all technical aspects: responsive design for mobile and tablets, SEO optimization for Google, a contact form with spam protection, SSL certificate and structured data. For larger packages we also set up visitor analytics, business email, CMS and blog.

Launch and support
Launch day!

Your website goes live. We set it up on fast hosting, connect it to your domain and activate the SSL certificate. Everything is tested on different devices and browsers before launch.

You get access to the client portal with a ticketing system for all future inquiries. A full year of technical support, hosting and domain is included in the price of every package. We handle the technical side while you focus on your business.

How much of your time does it take? Most clients invest a total of 1-2 hours of their time throughout the entire process. About 30 minutes for the initial conversation and sharing your requirements, plus 15-30 minutes for each round of revisions. We handle everything else.

What to prepare before we start

You don't need to have everything ready upfront. Many clients don't have finished content or a logo when they contact us, and that's perfectly fine. But if you have any of the following, the process goes faster:

Business description

A brief description of what you do, your services and target audience. A few sentences are enough, it doesn't have to be formal.

Logo and photos

If you have a logo, send it in the highest resolution possible. Photos of your business or products are a big plus, but not required.

Example websites

If there are websites you like in terms of design or structure, that greatly helps us understand your preferences.

Contact information

Email, phone, address and social media for display on the website. If you don't have a business email, we can set one up.

Every client gets access to a client portal where they can track project status, leave comments on the design, send materials and communicate with the team. The portal replaces chaotic emails and WhatsApp messages. Everything is in one place, documented and accessible at any time.

Why don't we use WordPress? Because your website deserves better. WordPress sites make an average of 30-50 HTTP requests and weigh 2-3 MB. Our websites have 5-10 requests and weigh under 200 KB. The speed difference is dramatic, especially on mobile networks.

The code is yours forever

Unlike WordPress or website builders like Wix and Squarespace, you receive the complete source code of your website. You're not locked in with us. You can move the website to any hosting, modify it yourself or hire another developer. You own everything we create.

That means no monthly licenses to use your own website, no dependency on a single service provider and no risk of losing everything if you decide to leave. Your website, your code, your rules.

What happens after launch

Launching the website isn't the end of our collaboration. In fact, that's when the most important part begins because a website isn't a static document you create once and forget about. That's why every package includes a full year of support.

A year of support, hosting and domain

Every package includes 12 months of technical support, premium hosting and domain registration. That means you don't have to worry about anything technical. If something needs fixing, adjusting or updating, we're here. You access the ticketing system through the client portal and reach out whenever you need help.

Maintenance and upgrades

Two months before expiration we reach out with renewal options. Domain and hosting are around €75 per year, and we also offer affordable maintenance packages from €5 per month. But most importantly - you can continue with us or take the website and host it yourself. The choice is yours because the code is yours.

Upgrades are always possible: Started with the Starter package and now need more pages or a blog? You can upgrade to Standard or Premium at a discounted rate. Your existing design and content are preserved, only new features are added.
